Significant growth at 3 mobile now sees the company employing over 950 people in Maidenhead, with a further 600 employees in Glasgow. The key management and control issues associated with these employee numbers were becoming both problematic and time consuming. As a result of the implementation of the proxSafe system, 3 mobile can now effectively control and monitor the use of keys within their company. Its management team enjoys the benefit of being able to generate detailed PC based reports, on both users and keys, to know their location at any time both quickly and efficiently. proxSafe consists of a stylish key cabinet which houses the smart keyTags at the heart of this system. Containing RFID chips similar to those found in proximity access control cards, these smart keyTags are attached by the secure arrangement of a steel ring and one-time seal.
